We run an honest, hard working, alcohol-free camp. We strive for quality in everything we do. You will be well fed, sit on a good strong horse, and see the finest country around. Our guides enjoy early mornings, late nights and hunting hard.

Our Camp
Located 25 miles south of Jackson Hole, our camp sits in the mouth of East Table Creek, in the heart of the grand canyon of the Snake River. Not only does this put you in the middle of prime elk, mule deer, and black bear hunting, it also allows access by vehicle into camp. This means that we can hunt more country, utilize your time more effectively, and still have more amenities than a pack in camp.
Horses
It is our stance that time is best spent looking through the ears of a horse. Horses allow us to hunt country that would otherwise be inaccesible. During your hunt, these animals will carry you, your gear, and your game. Our horses are big, gentle, and sure-footed animals that we are sure you'll fall in love with.
Amenities
While hunting with us you will be staying in 12'x14' wall tents set on a wooden floor. Furnished with propane heat, sturdy cots, warm mattress pads, small dressers, and generator powered electric lights. You will also have access to a hot water shower and a spacious, comfortable dining tent.
The Food
While we cannot always control the animals or the weather, we can control the food. That is why we provide our cook with an open budget and a commercial grade cook tent. You can expect delicious home cooked meals every morning and night, and a hearty sack lunch each day. Some of the meals you can expect are shrimp & prime rib, lasagna, bbq ribs, caseroles, and more.
The Country
The country we hunt is most often rough and steep. It is some of the most beautiful views you will ever see, and holds some of the greatest adventures you will ever be part of. We are fortunate to be able to hunt some of Wyoming's finest country for Elk, Mule Deer, Moose, Antelope, Black Bear, Mountain Goat, Mountain Lion, and Moose. Your Outfitter, Jake Gardner
Rising G Outfitters is owned and operated by myself and my wonderful wife Mady. I am a sixth generation Wyomingite and grew up hunting with my dad in the same country we now guide. As a kid I always heard stories of when my great grandfather outfitted in this area and it really lit a fire that has brought me to where I am today. I love nothing more than to be up in the mountains with good horses, calling in a big bull or putting a stalk on a mature buck. I take great pride in our ability to provide you with great opportinities and awesome experiences. It is truly a blessing that I get share my lifelong passion for the mountains and hunting with others, and to do what I love for a living in God's country.
